Osteopathy for seniors:
As time goes by, the human body undergoes many different transformations which slowly diminish mobility.
Amongst seniors, pain can be linked to degenerative pathologies (arthritis, rheumatic illnesses…), but also to overall stiffness in the joints. The osteopath can also act directly on these restrictions, supporting seniors in the improvement of their overall mobility, in order to diminish pain and optimise their quality of life
Arthritis and rheumatism are not necessarily synonymous of a handicap. Thanks to osteopathy, by regaining and conserving an adapted daily physical activity, the pain related to these pathologies can be significantly reduced.
Ideally, regular treatments will allow the senior to maintain a good general balance, preventing any appearance of pain in order to maintain good health and to age as pain-free as possible.
